I am in receipt of a letter dated January 19, 2011 from your Lead Risk Analyst, in which he informed me of the denial of my claim referenced above. I must say I was disappointed to learn of his decision.

Disappointed, particularly because I strongly believe in going directly to the source with attempts to settle issues/concerns before they become bigger issues. I contacted your office seeking assistance in dealing with the affects of my personal illness that I firmly believe occurred from exposure to the power lines surrounding my backyard.
